Total investment is $12 millions. | | | | | | Federal Reserve Bank The Federal Reserve Bank broke ground in 2003 for a 220,000 sq. ft. building at Warren and Russel, just east of the Cultural Center. The facility opened in 2005 and houses 274 employees. | | | | | | Intermodal Station Design of the Detroit Intermodal Transportation Complex is underway. This station will serve passengers using Amtrak, inter-city bus, local bus and potentially a Woodward fixed route transit. Woodbridge  | Woodbridge Estates This is a new mixed-income housing development, located near Forest and the Lodge Freeway on the former Jeffries Homes public housing site. The project is partially complete and includes 247 rental units, 101 for-sale newly constructed homes, and 100 enhanced senior units. The total cost of the project is $97 million. | | | |  | Woodbridge Star Bed & Breakfast The renovation of this historic mansion into a 7 1/2 bedroom bed and breakfast was completed in July 2001. Each room of this renovated home features a stained-glass window and are individually decorated with a different theme. The total investment cost was over $350,000. | | | |  | Van Viliet Condominiums The rehabilitation of a historic apartment building into sixteen condominium units is complete.
