Institutional Development | | Ecumenical Theological Seminary The Seminary has begun renovation of its facility with the complete remodeling of the Renaissance Room. Improvements include new lighting, a kitchenette and up-to-date restrooms. Other projects include new carpeting and repair of four historic stained glass windows. The Seminary also plans to build a library. Total cost of this project is $11 million. | | | | | | Hospice of Michigan Construction of a 48,000 sq. ft. Hospice office facility at Mack and Brush is now complete. The new headquarters houses 150-170 employees and includes space for education and research.
