Institutional Development
 | | Brasza Outpatient Center The Detroit Medical Center constructed an outpatient facility as part of the Rehabiliation Institute of Michigan (RIM). The 26,000 sq. ft. structure includes in-patient suites and a wellness and sports medicine center. The project began in 2002 and was completed in 2004. The estitamte cost of the project was $64 million.

| | Tolan Athletic Field The City of Detroit Recreation Department has completed improvements to Tolan Field located at I-75 Service Dr. and Mack Avenue. Upgrades include a new playscape, landscaping, benches and picnic tables. Project cost was $400,000. | | | | | | Woodward/Mack Streetscape Project Construction of Phase I (Mack to Selden) was completed in 2004. The final phase was completed in 2008, with enhancements along Woodward extending to I-94. The streetscape improvements included new sidewalks, streelamps, trees and trash receptacles.
